Three New FDICconnect Business Transactions Available

The FDIC has expanded the list of applications that banks may file online using FDICconnect, its secure transaction-based Web site for FDIC-insured institutions.  Banks will be able to submit interagency bank merger applications, notices of change in control, and notices of change of director or senior executive officer uisng this online tool.  Read more here.
